If your dashboard is displaying an old or expired course instead of your recent 2026 purchase, our support team is already working to sync your account. This occurs when a previous enrollment (such as a course started in previous years) is still "attached" to your email address, preventing the new course from appearing.
What is happening now?
By opening this article or submitting your inquiry, a Manual Enrollment Sync request has been flagged for our technical team.
Agent Review: A support specialist is currently reviewing your account to remove the expired record.
Course Swap: We will manually replace the old course card with your new 2026 enrollment (Basic, Premium, or Ultimate).
No Action Needed: You do not need to send a second request or call our office. We process these syncs in the order they are received.
When will I be able to start?
Once the agent completes the manual reset:
Notification: You will receive a confirmation email from Prolicense Florida stating your dashboard is ready.
Login: You will log in using your existing email and password.
Fresh Progress: Your new course will be active, and your progress will start at 0% to ensure you receive the full curriculum hours required by the state.
Why didn't it happen automatically?
To protect student data, our system does not automatically overwrite old progress. We require a manual "hand-off" to ensure that any valid certificates or historical records from your previous year are preserved before the new 2026 license track is activated.
