If you are unable to log in to your Prolicense Florida (FLCAA) student account to access your classes, videos, or exams, you can reset your password immediately using the self-service tool.
Step 1: Request a Reset Link
Go to the Student Login Page at www.flcaa.com.
Click the link that says "Forgot Password?" (usually located below the login fields).
Enter the email address you used when you purchased your course.
Click "Reset Password" or "Submit".
Step 2: Check Your Email
Within a few minutes, you should receive an automated email with a link to create a new password.
Don't see it? Check your Spam or Junk folder. The subject line often reads "Password Reset Request" or "Login Assistance".
Step 3: Create a New Password
Click the link in the email and enter your new password.
Tip: Passwords are case-sensitive. Ensure your "Caps Lock" key is off.
