If your Prolicense Florida course is freezing up or just showing a completely blank screen, it's usually just a minor browser hiccup. Here’s how to fix it fast:
1. Give it a quick reset
Sometimes your browser just needs a fresh start. Try this:
Log out of your student portal.
Close out all your browser tabs and windows.
Open your browser back up and log in again.
2. Switch to Google Chrome
For the smoothest experience, we highly recommend using Google Chrome (on either your phone or computer). Other browsers, like Safari or Internet Explorer, have built-in blockers that tend to hide our course modules.
