If your 6-month course access has expired but you have not yet completed the course, you may be eligible to purchase an extension rather than paying full price again.
Eligibility: The 18-Month Rule
Eligible: If your initial purchase date was less than 18 months ago, you can buy an extension to reactivate your progress immediately.
-
Not Eligible: If it has been more than 18 months since you purchased the course, you must re-enroll and restart the course from the beginning.
Why? Real estate laws change frequently. After 18 months, the curriculum is considered outdated, and you must retake the updated material to ensure compliance for the state exam.

Select Your Plan: Choose 30-Day, 90-Day, or Re-enrollment.
Checkout: Use the same email address you used for your original account to ensure your progress is restored (for extensions).
