4. Finance & Math (The Numbers)
Real estate involves significant financial calculation. You will learn:
Mortgages: Conventional, FHA, and VA loans, plus how the secondary mortgage market works.
Appraisal: The three approaches to valuing property (Sales Comparison, Cost, and Income).
Real Estate Math: You will master the calculations for Closing Statements, prorations (taxes/rent), and commission splits.

Course Completion
To graduate, you must pass the end-of-course final exam with a score of 70% or higher.
