Overview
After completing your required coursework, your course credits must be submitted to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) before your license renewal can be processed.
Credit submission
We have submitted your completed course credits to the DBPR on your behalf. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for your credits to appear in the DBPR system.
What to do next
Wait for your credits to be processed. Allow up to 2-3 business days after submission.
Pay your license renewal fee directly to DBPR. Credit submission alone does not renew your license - you must also pay the renewal fee through the DBPR portal to update your license status.
Verify your license status on the DBPR website after payment is confirmed.
Credits not appearing after the processing period?
If your credits do not appear in the DBPR system within the expected timeframe, contact DBPR's Customer Contact Center at (850) 487-1395 or via their web support page for assistance.
Important reminders
Credit submission and license renewal fee payment are two separate steps - both are required to renew your license.
DBPR manages the license renewal process. For questions about your license status, contact DBPR directly.
