Per Florida Administrative Code 61J2-3.008 (Real Estate) and Rule 61-20 (CAM), students are permitted two attempts at the end-of-course exam. If both attempts are unsuccessful, Florida law requires the student to retake the entire course before being eligible to test again.
If You Fail Attempt #1:
Wait Period: You must wait at least 30 days before your second attempt.
Study Time: Use this window to review the narrated modules and use your practice exams.
If You Fail Attempt #2 (The 2-Attempt Rule):
Course Reset: Your current course progress is voided. You must re-enroll and complete the 63 hours (Real Estate) or 16 hours (CAM) again.
State Law: This is a DBPR requirement and cannot be waived by the school.
How Your Package Affects the Reset:
Basic & Premium Packages: You will need to purchase a Course Reactivation or re-buy the course at a discounted rate to start the curriculum over.
Ultimate Package: This package includes Unlimited Course Re-activations. If you fail twice, we will reset your course to the beginning at no additional cost, allowing you to satisfy the state's retake requirement for free.
Next Steps:
Check Your Package: Verify if you are an Ultimate student.
Contact Support: Email info@flcaa.com to request your course reset.
Wait 30 Days: Even if your course is reset, the 30-day state-mandated waiting period between exam attempts may still apply to your new enrollment.
