You do not need to wait for an email; you can download it directly from your dashboard.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Log In: Access your Student Dashboard at
www.flcaa.com/login.Open Your Course: Click on the course card you just completed (e.g., "CAM Licensing Course" or "Sales Associate Pre-Licensing").
Locate the Banner: Look at the top of the course player, immediately above the Content tab.
Visual Check: You should see a message that says: "Congratulations! You have earned a certificate..."
Click to Download: Click the blue link labeled "Download your certificate here".
How to Print
The certificate downloads as a PDF file.
Open the file in your browser or a PDF viewer (like Adobe Acrobat).
Click the Print Icon or press
Ctrl + P(Windows) /Cmd + P(Mac).You can print it to paper or "Save as PDF" to keep a digital copy for your records.
Troubleshooting: "I don't see the certificate."
If the "Congratulations" banner is missing, check the following:
Did you score 70%? If you scored lower, the certificate will not generate. You must retake the exam.
Are all modules green? Scroll down the "Content" list. Every single circle must have a green checkmark. If one is grey or empty, the system thinks you haven't finished that section.
Important Distinction: This document is your School Completion Certificate. It proves you passed the education requirement.
It is NOT your Real Estate License. You will not receive your actual license until you pass the state exam with Pearson VUE.
