Step-by-Step Purchase Guide
1. Select Your Package
Visit the Board Member Certification Page and locate the pricing section. Click the "Enroll Now" button corresponding to the number of seats you need.
2. Checkout & Payment
Enter your billing information.

Important: In the "Participant Information" section, you must provide the Name and Email Address for each board member you are enrolling.
Why? The system uses these emails to generate unique login credentials for every director so they can take the course on their own device and receive a certificate in their own name.
Once the start my course is clicked and specific course is selected, this will redirect them to a form to fill out.
3. Distribution
Once payment is complete:
You (the purchaser) will receive a receipt.
Each Board Member will receive an automated welcome email with their own login link.
Troubleshooting Group Orders
Missing Links: If a board member does not receive their login email within 30 minutes, ask them to check their Spam/Junk folder.
Typo Correction: If you misspelled a board member's email address during checkout, please contact info@flcaa.com immediately so we can resend their credentials to the correct address.
